Experienced:  From hospitals to home care, sports nutrition to weight management, each of my work experiences has impacted my approach to nutrition.  There is no "standard diet" and there are no supplements I sell. I work with you to find sustainable nutrition strategies to meet your goals. Together we will build confidence in the foods and food patterns that work for you, while keeping you motivated and supported. Following is a summary of my professional experiences.

My CEU’s over the past 5 years have been influenced by the Food as Medicine Conference by the Center for Mind Body Medicine which focused on gut health, inflammation and weight management. This research applies to overall health so it’s been exciting to learn and apply to client-based strategies.
