Finding balance between the foods and quantities you eat and your body's response is vital to health.  In a wellness management program, we track current patterns, foods and responses.  Together, we strategize and monitor sustainability and response.  You will experience change and feel confident your lifestyle supports maintaining this change.

 

 

 


Family Nutrition

Our experiences with food begin moments after we are born as we take in our first nourishment.  As a parent, you may be experiencing a wonderful process of discovery and questions, or you may find things are not easy, and you have worries about feeding your child or children.  As a pre-teen or adolescent, you may want to eat differently than your family and seek guidance.  Many families have their questions answered in 1 session of 75 minutes, and package pricing is available for follow-up.
